Kawasaki Bayou 250 When shifting into reverse and using the lock out **** on the left side of the gas tank it is next to impossible to engage reverse. I have to really kick it to get it in reverse. New oil and filter change. 1st through 5th shift fine. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Don't know the 250 but the 300 uses a cable from the **** on the dash to the lever on the gearbox, the cable may need adjustment.

 

See if lubing the cable would help.
