Default Prairie 360 4x4 issues

So the 4x4 quit working the other day, No light, but I can here a slight tick at the actuator when the switch is activated. Ofcourse thats with the engine off and Ignition switch on . I replaced the actuator and get the same results. So I got a Kbec Delete and installed it. Now the 4x4 light comes on with the switch but still will not engage, So I installed a new speed sensor and that did nothing, The slide in the diff is free and I can lock it in manually.Checked all fuses and they are good. Now Im lost. Any Ideas??

Sounds like a dead battery or loose cable/bad connection.

Electrically operated stuff does require full voltage and clean connections!! A poor electrical connection can cause all kinds of issues as can a battery with a bad cell. Have it load tested to see if it holds a charge. Even new batteries can be faulty sometimes.
