Going to wait to redo the seat until i find some heavy duty (Not Howdy Duty) material. All we have on hand is Howdy Duty (lightweight) for removable slipcovers for the tractors seats.

LOL if you dont have to look up who Howdy Duty your gettin OLD!

Tip.
When using LEDs with thin gauge wire solder it to a larger gauge wire for the connectors.
Also reinforce where the two wires join.

Odd the wiring diagram shows two wires red and black/yellow but mine also has a blue/black.
The blue/black is hot with key on and with lights on or off. Red has no power at all. Thank i may have f%#@ed something up on the rewire.
P.S. Or do all the lights need to be working? Had an old truck if one running light went bad they all would go out.

Kawasaki tend to fit all wires they may need into all harnesses, so options like brake-light wires are there even if your bike doesn't have that option. This will be why there are three wires, though doesn't explain why red is dead, and blue/black live. The red wire goes to a different terminal on the switch to the Ho/Lo beam terminals, check it is OK at the switch.

Hard as we tried we just cant find a used tire for a 9" rim.
So. As much as i hated to do it i ordered two new tires for the front.

Got a temporary seat cover on it.
Using a tractor tire inner tube i think will work well but it looks terrible.

Did the 91 Bayou have a inline fuel filter from the factory?
