The corner tabs that hold the light grill wear a pain in the butt.

 

Look ok to me...

 

Test fit went ok.

 

When i redo the seat was thinking about adding two 20W heating mats. But will the Generator be able to run them?

 

Should be OK, it is less power than the lights take. However, wire it through the ignition, if you just attach it to the battery it is all too easy to leave it switched on when you park up the bike. Not sure how durable something meant for a 3D printer would be, when inside a seat.
