I have an 87 Mojave 250 and want to shave my front fenders but I need to know where to do it so they don't look goofy. Also can the plastics be painted without chipping

I have e-mailed you a pic of the shaved fenders on my Lakota.(same plastic)

I have not tried painting plastic, but I think it will start peeling the first time you get a chip in the paint. What color do you want? What color is it now?

Thank 98.! That's a cool ride! How does it run? Have you ever been up against 300-400EX's or Warriors? How did you do?

Thanks. I get alot of attention at the harescrambles.

It runs about like a lightly modded 300 ex(pipe, jet kit, filter). I like the way it handles in the woods. The only other thing I want to do to it is upgrade the suspension.

I'm curious on which web cam you have. Did you send in your original and they "reworked" it? Did you lose anything on the low end with the cam? Is your gearing stock? What size tires are you running all the way around. I like my Lakota but after riding my buddies 400EX more and more, I am starting to shy away from it. I always have to remember I bought it for utility use (hunting, camping)as well has having fun any other time. I would like to make it faster w/o hurting reliability to much. I've seen the 350 stroker kit for it and I guess it flies with that, but I don't want to be rebuilding my moter every year. Sorry for rambling. Hey, thanks for the info. btw.
