The cam was installed when I bought the bike. I'm pretty sure that it is a "reworked" factory cam. I can't tell you if it lost any bottom end, but I can tell you that it still has plenty of low end torque.
I am running 20x11x10 Shredders on the back and 21x7x10 on the front with 13x43 gearing.
I don't know anything about the stroker kits.
