I just took 1 of the nuts off the air box and installed the ignition stuff back on the same tab with the same bolt that was originally used. Clicking could be valves-try adjusting them and see if that fixes it. Check the linkage on your carb-throttle cable etc-maybe something got a little out of place.

i fixed the idle problem and the ingition stuff i took care of but i don't know about the clicking noise i just had my valves adjusted maybe a month ago but i'm not messing with so i'll take it to the shop just to see what is wrong with it and if its not to complicated i'll do it myself instead of paying a fortune to have it done. Because of the noise i didn't ride it yet with the K&N clamp on it yet. So how is it...does it give more power..throttle responce?

The noise is one of two things. One is the slide on your carb. The second is your valves.

Remember, you don't have that big airbox there anymore to deaden the sound. Mine is very loud, but I'm getting use to it.
