First of all what makes you think the carbs are out of adjustment, what are the symptoms?
Mine was losing power and kind of missing and my dealer fixed it by balancing the carbs.
This requires a special tool which measures the amount of vaccuum being drawn by each carb. Not sure what they actually adjust to balance the vaccuum draw though. I suggest getting the dealer to look at it as there have also been issues with some having a bad choke cable which causes the choke to stick.

You about summed it up with missing and lose of power. I am going to bring it back to the dealed this week and get it looked at I guess it will get a break next weekend being that I have rode every weekend sence I bought it I guess it is due a break. I got it in the middle of june and already have over 300 miles on it and this is the first thing that has happend to it. Other than that problem awsome bike.

About the choke cable I had that problem with mine At factory they routed the cable badly and when I turned it real hard the cable came apart right in front of the carb and it would not go back together on it's own which made for a real flooding problem. The way you can check it out is to see if you have some free play in your choke should have about 1/2 an inch or so you can feel when it starts to choke if it starts to choke right off the bat it's your choke cable is shot. Mine cut out at high speeds just fell flat for a sec then had power for a sec. power flat power flat power flat. Had a real gas smell I could actually see fuel leaking from the choke cable how it got in the choke cable I'll never know but it did. The Mechanic was confused also about it too.
