Damn, that's a LOT more work then I expected. What did you pay for all of this to get done? And do you reccomend the kit for trail riding? (I am not planning on racing, but I would like more power) Thanks for your time.

Kawi250, don't get discouraged. I need a motor that will hang with a 400EX with a 440 kit on an MX track. The 330cc piston/sleeve kit will work great for trail riding. You will have more bottom end.

I was just explaining about how you need to be careful about who you get to install the kit. You know....like choosing a family doctor.

You do need to bore your cases out for the sleeve to fit. There is no way around it if you want the 330 pistoin/sleeve kit. The cams and porting will really make things come alive. You do not have to go as extreme as I did, with the cams/porting/YZ250F carb/etc. For anyone who want's to chat via a messenger program about this, here are my chat IDs.:

KAWI250!!! I have jsut what you need inthe area of exhaust if noise isn't an issue. I am selling my old Cobra Aluminum exhaust. Silencer and header. Freshly packed with new high temp paint on the head pipe. If you are interested, let me know.

One more thing Kawi250. Please talk to Mickey at FST and tell him what you are looking for, power wise. He will not steer you wrong and will tell you exactly what you need to accomplish your goal. He's a super nice guy to work with. THE MAN KNOWS 4 STROKE POWER.

I was lookin at a supertrapp exhaust because it has been reccomended by many other Mojave owners, also, I've heard the Cobra exhaust only adds power on the top? Is this true? I am probally going to go wit the supertrapp even though it's $240. Thanks for all of the help on this topic, has anyone else you know had the 330cc kit installed on their Mojave? Thanks again.
