All of you 650 prairie owners whom were disgruntled after viewing the so called "live"footage of the race between the 650 and the yamaha 660---dont believe it! we have now raced two seperate machines---two new 650's and two new 660's. both sets were new. the 650 outruns the 660 from start until finish (1/8 mile) on both---hardtop and dirt. those that have not seen atvdude.com's race can click on the flags at atvdude.com and watch the race for yourself. i e-mailed one of the drivers and he literally cursed me out via e-mail when i told him our results! all he could talk about was obtaining a franchise to sell motorcycles and did not want to confront the issue. maybe yamaha somehow paid him off with promotional items?--who knows, who cares!

 

What the crap? I watched that race, and it appears to be a fraud. The Grizzly drives by first turning high RPMs and the Prairie comes a second later turing low RPMs, so it sounds like the Prarie driver was pressing the throttle lever fully, or that Prairie is defective. My Prairie does not sound like that, I know mine would have beaten the Grizzly like everyone elses does.
