650 Chugging

I'm not pissed about mine so far I love it. It just takes 30sec to 1min longer to warm up than my sp500ho did. It wasnt bothering me then I read this post and thought there might be a recall. I will going home and pop out the air cleaner and check it. That is why I read these posts so I can find the info to make my ride more enjoying and less troublesome.

The factory service manual for Prairie 650 costed me $36.95 + tax from my dealer. It's ONLY for 650 and very detailed. It's pretty thick and made of good quality paper. Much better than any aftermarket manuals that I bought before. You won't regret buying it. Kawi P/N is 99924-1261-01.

By the way, chugging at slow speeds and backfiring during deceleration when cold sounds like a typical lean carburetion symptom. I am at 75F area and have not experienced it yet.
