Help, I need a cylinder for a tecate-3, its an 86 I think, it does have a power valve and I dont need that. Can someone tell me where I can find one???? Thanks for any help at all, I'll let everyone know if I get it running again.

Does it or does it not have a powervalve. you have to stay with what you got. 84-85 have no powervalve, 86 does. Watch ebay, I know I have put some cylinders on there for the 84,85 and have seen others about every few weeks or so, just dont buy it if they say its bored or anything - those cylinders are stock or nothing because of the nikasil bore. If they insist its bored ask them where they got it resleved at.

84-85 are the boxy looking FAST trikes, while
86 are the more rounded FAST trikes with powervalve

I found a cylinder through a cycle junk yard, When I said I dont need the cylinder I ment the one I have is still useable, not that I was going to a cylinder without one.
