I was wondering if anyone know who publishes a service manual for Aeon quads? I went to Clymer website and they didn't have anything. The owner's manual sucks. Knowsalot?

Right now, nothing really. I just like to have these things just for when the time comes to work on it. Where did you get yours? I was also wondering what type of oil do you think is best for it? Does this thing have a choke on it? I can't find it to save my life.

It uses a Mikuni VM Carb that has an automatic choke. It is that black cylinder on the carb with two wires on the top.

If you are using the injector for oil, go with any good smokeless injector oil. If you want to step up to mix, Maxima 927 at 32:1 is the way to go unless you are in a very cold climate.

On the manuals, go to Polaris and get theirs. Everything is basically the same. Most of the companies on the market don't have "manuals" on the machines.

Raptor720,
I've seen that you are into the mini's. Are you a dealer? I'll tell ya what I have and, if you would please, give me your honest opinion. My son got an Extreme Machine X-90 for Christmas. So far I think it's great, are there better, probably. This thing is feature packed and runs darn good, compared to some of the others. The only thing I don't really like about it is the rear shock seems to stiff. Are there any replacments I can get? Are there aftermarket performance parts for it?
