http://www.hmfengineering.com/PrairieHmPg.html has K&N filter and dynojet kit, don't know if that's the best price.

Rockymountainatv.com also has a K&N jet kit and Twin Air filter. The dynojet jet is probably a lot better. K&N did a pretty good job making the filter fit the 65r0, I hear. I want that stuff, but have to wait for it.

I've been shopping around for the K&N Filter for my 400ex. The best price I've seen was at Rocky Mtn. ATV. They were $35, compared to some other places that were charging $50. I just bought a new dynojet jet kit off of ebay from a place called hodges enterprises. I got it for $49. That's 10 bucks less than buying straight from Dynojet. You can email him at Hodgesenterprise@aol.com they might be able to hook you up with a similar deal. I always call the local shops too, and compare thier prices to the total cost including shipping that you'd have to pay when buying online. From what I've heard, the dynojet kits are supposed to add 10-30% power (average) when jetted correctly. I think that's worth 50 bucks.

Rocky Mtn is just selling the DS 650 Filter for $50. There's no jet kit included. If you want the K&N Power kit, it's gonna run you over $100. I'm not sure, but I think the K&N Power kit is just the Filter, Pre-Filter (outerwear), and a dynojet jet kit. So, if you shop around you can probably do allright buying the pieces seperately. That's what I'm doing, and it seems to be saving me some money.
