When I was installing my jet kit i was removing one of the carburetor bracket screws and droped it down the tube where the carburetor mounts at. Does that mean i half to tear the cylinder apart to find that screw or will fall down to the oil pan. Please help

At all cost your had better find lost screw. I highly doubt youll find it in the crank case. I would try a magnet first. You should find it on the top of the piston. Take the belt cover off and turn the crank by hand very slowly and see if you can raise it up to where you can see it.

1st. Do not under any circumstances roll the engine!
2nd. If you have been living right two things will have happened. The intake valves will be closed and the screw will be laying where you can get to it once you remove the intake rubber boot from the cylinder head. Might be able to reach it with a magnet or a small pair of needlenose plieers or maybe a pair of hemostats.
3rd If it did fall into the cylinder you might be able to fish it out through the spark plug hole. Doubtfull though. These things ahve got some really small spark plug holes.
One other option for fishing it out. Take something small and bendable like a clothes hanger and bend the end into the smallest hook you can. Vice and a hammer works best for doing this. Pile a bunch of very heavy grease to the hook you just made and try to get to the screw with this. The screw might stick to the grease.
If none of this works you're gonna be pulling a head.

I assume you own the Prairie 650? The screw should be caught somewhere in the intake manifold between the carb opening and the intake valve. I would follow the advice that was given and not turn the engine over. Use a flashlight and a mirror to look and see if you can identify the screw. If there is no sign of it try and look for it down the spark plug hole. This probably won't work so make a temporary magnet out of a heavy piece of wire by rubbing a permanent magnet across it several times. Fish it down the spark plug hole and hope for the best.
