Wolley,
<<Go to buykawasaki.com and look for the parts diagrams. I saw them today and it seems like the front runs a 132 main, 45 pilot and the rear runs a 138, 45 pilot. Makes me wonder why such different sizes when the two cylinders don't have a common intake. Anybody know why this is?>>
the main reason is tempertures..the front cyl gets more airflow than the rear, so the rear runs a little hotter..especially with all the plastic shrouding, the front cyl still gets more airflow..same thin is true on v twin motorcycles, except it is only a jet size or so, but they don't have all the shrouds, & have more fins on the cylinders, ask the fellas who have harleys, vulcans, intruders, road stars, v Stars,
that should about cover all the main brands..
I think, but not sure that gas does some cooling to the rear cyl, it would make sense..I know that temps affect the combustion & ability of fuel to be carried in..might need to ask Gaff, or some of the others, ..that have tuned bikes..

Hey everyone,
thanks alot for all your help. I asked the dealer about it and he said it needs to warm up for a while. I never really took it out yet so it was probably never up to proper running temp. So as soon as it is taken out for its first real ride I will find out. thanks again.
