650 problem

when my 650 hits between 45-50 it will hesitate or seems like miss and then it will slowly climb to 53-56 it was running 63-66 mph could this be the spark plugs or maybe a rev limiter.

Dirty air filter?

Had the same problem. Cleaned the filter it didn't look dirty to look at it but a ton of dirt came out when I cleaned it.

Its been dusty here. I went three weeks without cleaning the filter. But when I did, my performance greatly improved. Now I clean it every other ride. Makes a difference.
