DWB, Send them back ITP knows they screwed those up, they should give you your money back for them. Get the C-Series wheels, that's what I did.

 

How did you get this resolved? Did you have to deal with ITP or did your retailer take care of it? I am awaiting response from the site I purchased them from before I consider contacting ITP. I am quite bummed as I was looking forward to some quality mudding this weekend.

The retailer, I bought them through ending up handling the situation, but I was in contact with ITP as well. So the place I got mine couldn't really dispute it. It was a pain sending stuff back and waiting in my new rims and tires. But, it all worked out. www.4atvtires.com I will do business with them again since they did make it right and the problem was not theirs but ITP's.

 

I'm still waiting for my retailer to get "convinced" that there is a problem here. Either that or ITP is avoiding the issue. I'm not sure. Since Buckeye has already been through this I would think this would be open and closed rather quickly.

Anyway, for those not sure what we are talking about here. See the image in the link. The stud holes are offset from the center hole. What a nice ride that would make eh?
