P-650 riders at the Hatfiled/McCoyTrails in October

Millers Creek is closer to Willamson. You don't have to park at the four lane to access it. You can access Millers Creek on the opposite side of the road from the Buffalo mtn trailhead. We ride it all the time. It only takes about an hour and a half to get from the trailhead out to mushroom rock or on out to 119.

Guys, I would love to join up, but I am a little nervous about either slowing everyone down or having to drive too fast for my abilities. The 650 is my first quad and I love it dearly, but I only have 40 hours total on it so far which means only 40 hours in the saddle of a quad period. I know that the quad has much more ability than I currently do.
I would like a few honest answers, should I wait until I get some more experience before I ride with you fellas or should I come on down.
Don't worry, you won't hurt my feeling, I have no problem facing up to the fact that I am no Jeremy McGrath and that I am sometimes entirely too cautious.

Depending on how many come we can have a few groups I only have about 45 hrs on mine and it is my first one also. If worst comes to worse you can always ride with the rincon More the merrier come on down.

ConMan-- There should be no problem. There will probably be others to ride with, at whatever speed suits you. I imagine that the little warm up loop that I suggest would be a good time to sort out how people are gonna get along on the trail. Remember: NO ONE gets left behind, not in my group anyhow. We mite run out ahead at times, be we always stop at intersections, or talk on the radios to make sure everyone makes a course change, and is present. Come on down. Got a FRS radio?
