Just an idea. Who would be interested in a P-650 "ride-in" at H/M trails in October. Say the 1st weekend in October? I am thinking about just showing up at the Bear-Wallow trailhead on Sat 10/5 at 10AM,(the 1st Sat. in October) and seeing who else does! ALL OTHER brands are welcome, too.
I would be glad to help organize something IF I had good help.....I won't do this alone.
What say you.........................

I'll talk to my buddies "they all have inferior machines" and see what goes but that sounds pretty good.

We are planning a return on Labor Day weekend. But we may want to come back for Oct as well. The leaves should be beautiful then.

That is the best trail system I have yet experienced. Thanks for your advice on it. We liked the Rockhouse trails from Man the best. We may stay in Gilbert next time so we can ride from the motel.

BTW in Logan you must try Morrisons drive in resturant. It is the best greasy food we have ever had!!

jlpier01- If you want to stay in a motel, The Colonial in Man is where I've stayed 3 times last year. It is no palace, but is fairly clean, cheap, handy to the conveniences, and the owner has a secure place to hide your quads. They will be guarded by a man that sleeps with his Auto-Colt .45!
THE place for a beer and a KILLER steak is the Top Bar at the intersection of state routes 10 and 17. Its on the way to the Bear Wallow trailhead.

monte-- To accomodate folks like you that have a long drive, I think we should try to do the main ride Sat. 10/6.
At this point, I feel that the most efficient way to do this thing is to just plan on meeting on Sat. 10/6 at the agreed upon trailhead and time. I guess there would not really be any organizing to it. just show up! Suggestions?
Later, Mike

Hi trx450,

Where is the H/M trails? I may be interested in going. I'm purchasing my machine in October, after my honeymoon. I would love to get together with other people and go riding, especailly seeing new trails, etc. Please let me know.

Thanks,
