Why won't my Mojave Start??
#1
Okay this past Saturday I was going to try to get my mojave ready for the next weekend at Currituck NC...anyways I took my mojave up to a local car wash and procedded to wash it...after I washed it it started fine ran for about 3 or 4 minutes so got on it and gave it a little gas to go back up on the trailer and the motor immediatly died I tried starting it back up but it never would do anything...now 3 days later it still wont start...yesterday it kind of started after being towed around my yard for about an hour with my Prairie 360 but it only ran for like 5 to 10 seconds and shut off...If anybody can give me some pointers on what to do I'd really aprreciate it right now I'm very disgusted not at the mojave but at myself for washing it

Hey I don't know too much about Mojave's but I think It might not be running due to a problem with the filter....or Some kind of flooding with the gas tank....now I might not be right but its worth a try.
Next time wash it with a rag....j/p
good luck hope it works

When I kick it...it sounds like it wants to start but for some reason just wont I talked to some guys at work today about it and they told me that most likely some of the electrical stuff got wet and just to give it some time and it would dry out.....But I'm getting a little impatient

Thanks man,
That's what I thought too. Now onto the next question what's the easiest way to drain the tank??

See Yesterday my dad was towing me and the mojave with my Prairie 360 and the mojave would start but almost as soon as you hit the gas it would die. So basically if I drain all the gas out of it (the tank and the carberator) and replace it with fresh gas it should start right?
