Hi guys, as we all know 1bearan manufactures highperformance parts and accessories for the big 650 that we all love so much, and he is always accepting new ideas for new parts to be developped. I had a litlle problem this week end when riding in deep stuff, I could'nt see what was in front of me at radiator heiht (deep stuff, mostly water) as a result I broke my radiator, a branch found it's way to the bottom of the radiator (between the radiator protecting, at the bottom of the radiator, first circulating passes of the radiator) So I wondered if there was a possibillity to make a better protective plate for th radiator taht would not only protect from front, but also would protect against towards the quad facing branches.

So if any of you guys have any other suggestion for 1bearman, wich is a great guy, just post the in this thread.

It would be nice if the front grill were removable for cleaning the radiator. The Polaris 700 has a removable grill that allows cleaning on the trail which is very handy on a hot muddy ride. Maybe it could be combined with a protective plate. This may not be a practical after market mod but it would be nice.
