I was at a local dealer today and heard the service manager talking about tire size. He said they had a lot of cv,trans, belt and rear problems on the 650 and 95% of them had bigger size tires and he felt the bigger size tires puts a lot more stress on the machine. kinda makes sense. thought this was interesting and a topic to get others thoughts on

 

Common sense tells you, the more moving mass the more wear and tear. The more horse power the more wear and tear. The fatter the rider etc. etc.

So what's the question?????
