I now have ALL shims for adjusting the belt. I was "hosed" $5.40 EA. for same, but I don't have to worry about them NOT being available. I got the part #'s on <www.buykawasaki.com>.

All I can say is make sure you measure the belt deflection right when doing it. I made two mistakes in measureing mine. One was the belt wasnt all the way up top of the driven "rear" pulley and the other was not haveing my straight edge flat on the belt located at the drive pulley. Both of these gave me false readings and caused lots of headaches. I tried using a square for the staightedge but ended up, I found a large file that worked perfect. Good luck.

KOD-- YEP, I learned the hard way, too. I will use a good, accurate scale to get that 13lb. force!
