hi im thinking about gettin a tecate and im wonderin how they run,top speeds etc. and also what makes them so damn fast?

 

They are so fast because they are a Kawasaki two stroke. Look at the ports on any Kawi 2-stroke, they are huge and look messed up. Odd transfer ports. They run like he!! though.

nos- they run great!! I bouught one a few months back, stripped it down, painted the frame, sanded the plastic, got a new seat, shockwares,exhaust, chromed the bumper,nerfs,pipe,pegs added a clamp-on k@N, rejetted and installed v-force reeds. It will run with and beat most piped banshees. I my sell it shortly for 2250 and get a banshee for a project. I am thinking 420 long rod.
