p650 top speed

With stock tires, and 1200kms on the belt(With no adjustment made) I hit 104Kms per hour. I now have my belt very tight as well as the black spring and have yet to do a top speed run. My budddy had a p650 with 25" dirt-devils and his hit 110 kms per hour. His belt was just adjusted when he did this. We never had a chance to line up and drag as he sold his machine a week later. ( He bought it used for his G/f to use but she wanted a dirt-bike instead)
Top speed is limited by the C.D.I... I really couldn't care less about top speed, as there are only a couple areas where I feel comfortable at that speed. But the accelleration is a very welcomed fun factor on this bike!!!
