It's not that big of a deal to install. It requires pressing out the stock sleeve, boring the casting out, press in a new sleeve, and then boring the new sleeve to accept the 80mm piston. Thats about it, then it assembles like any other engine.
Most important part is to have a good machinest. I use Eckoffs in minnisota my self. www.wesleeve.com he does awsome work for me and has a out the door in 24 hours policy.
After you get that done get a K&G factory clutches clutch kit. It consist of kevlar friction disc and heavier springs, a breeze to install. I have been getting these clutch kits for the lakotas for $37, you may find the pricing a bit different but probably still affordable.
