Default Where to find Tecate 4 sprockets

Very true -- John is getting my engine and rear shock as soon as I can get a day off of work to get them to him. I want the work done right and that's why he's the only choice. You should take a look at his KX500 powered Tecate-4 is you really want something to drool over. I'm really excited to get the engine to John because I will finally know the bottom line for the bike. It seems like everywhere I look there's something else wrong that I didn't anticipate. I went to clean the swingarm and found the bearing carrier installed wrong, cracked disc brake holder and stripped splines. The bottom end of the engine is the last "variable" in my project and I'm really hoping that it's in good shape. Remember that John's a Tecate specialist.

We should definitely keep in touch. Yesterday I got the sandblasting done for the most part. The darn thing froze up on me before I could finish my nerf bars. So it looks like I have a bit of hand sanding to do. Afterall, what good is a fast Tecate if it doesn't look nice? As far as bearings go, All ***** does have a website but they're not sure if they carry the bearings yet. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I was stupid enough to pick up linkage bearings from my dealer and paid waaaaay to much for them so I decided to do some research for the rest of the bearings. I'm still trying to drill into my head not to over pay for a generic part. For the most part, bearings, nuts and bolts are all generic parts that you can get anywhere. The most economical way to go is to hunt around for used parts before buying new except for parts like bearings, pistons, etc. Parts that wear I would replace with new if I could.
