I took my wheels and tires off today to have the holeshot atr's mounted. I noticed the front rims had washers between the lug nut and the rim, and the paint was fine. The rear rims had no washers, and the paint was all scratched where the lug hit the wheel. Is anyone else's like this or did my dealer forget them in assembly?

 

I just went and looked. Mine is like yours,washers in the front but none on the back.

Yes mine is the same but no scratches where the nut contacts the wheel just not painted.

 

I looked on the Kawi Parts Diagram

It calls for washer on the front only.

the factory rear rims have a steel spacer that acts as a washer ,its riveted to the face of the wheel. its to bad about the paint being chiped[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
