Default this is very shocking

so we go into the dealer today, award winning dealer by the way, to resolve the rear differential oil and we tell them them we want the kawachem gear and wet brake fluid and i even gave them a printout from the buykawasaki.com site. They tell us that they dont have that kind and have never heard of it. They try to convince us that we need the kind i already had before, the 80w90. i then told them that we want the right kind. They end up getting articles out and talking to Kawasaki about the kawachem gear and wet brake fluid, Kawasaki told them NOT TO EVER use that in the trans, and they figured it out that they had BEEN GIVING THE WRONG REAR DIFF OIL TO EVERY P360 AND P650 CUSTOMER THAT HAD CAME IN THOSE DOORS. They ordered a pack after realizing they needed to use this kind. I cant believe that it took them that long to figure it out. After all those customers im the one to tell them. I cant believe it.

they have been a great dealer though.
i hope none of the 80w 90 users have had problems or else the dealer will be in huge

Be sure to keep all your notes or post incase something happens and the dealer says "you did not follow the owners manual we will not cover this"
Even if you have the ext. warranty the Kawasaki tech can tell if you used the wrong fluid by doing particle test..

Packard,

You say " we ", who is " we"? Does this mean you have an Allis, don't keep us in suspense.

PS. Maybe you will trust the fellows on the forum more often!!

Packard,
I am glad you have someone to curl up with on those lonely cold nights I wouldn't want you to feel alone in a crowded place.

Alltoys.
Not only can he curl up to it but if you read his second sentence his Prairie also talks.
Didn't Mr Ed come from Missouri as well?

Just who is this award winning dealer? I'm from the St Louis area and I want to stay clear of the dealer you went to. I've been using Mobil 424 and the Kawi wet brake fluid since day one. Hope there was no damage to your rear end. Opps the 650's rear end.
