kx500 problem

i have a 91 kx500 and when i put it in gear and let go of the clutch it moves very slow but the rpms are real high theres no gears grinding do you think that my clutch is sticking

maybe the clutch plates are worn. you might want to look at the clutch to see if there is something wrong with it. hope this helps

my mojave did the same thing
no problem
all u need is some clutch springs they are only 10 bucks unless u have drove it alot then u will need some plates

heres your problem ITS A KAWASKI RIDE RED TO ROOST RIDE GREEN TO WRENCH remeber ride red ride smart and ride hard!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!I didn`t know all you have to do is ride red and you don`t have to worry about ever replacing a worn clutch.Get real!

I don't like kawaski's due to my freind had a bayou 300 and he has more troubles with it than the us does with money. I had a ,moto 4 225 that would smoke it out pull and out mud it anyday my cousin has a mojave and the clutch has gone ou of it several time I have a SL 70 dirt bike that blew up I put some havoline in the cylinder let it sit for a day and went out a it started right up rember ride red ride smart and ride hard!!!!!!!!!
