Hi have 1994 Kawasaki Bayou 400.. I recently just bought it a few weeks ago changed carburetor to a brand new carburetor and once when I had it up and running it pops out of 4th gear. I have changed the oil too motorcycle oil for the wet clutch and road it today and it's working up to the third gear and it starts popping up when I put in 4th gear. If you could help me with the problem that be great thanks

 

As I wrote above, something is wrong with either the selector mechanism or the dogs on the gears. The only option is strip and check. Clutch cover off first and look for bent/broken selector components, if you find nothing, go into the gearbox itself and check for bent forks and worn dogs on driving rings and 4th gear.
