White Smoke
Ran the bike hard (all out) for about 20 minuntes, barely letting off throttle racing my cousin.. Once we stopped for his 2002 650 to cool down, I turned my 2003 off. When I went to turn my bike back on a couple minutes later, it began to smoke white smoke really bad.. After letting it cool down for a few, I started to drive back(still smoking, but not as bad) and after about a half a mile it stopped smoking.... Any ideas what happened?? It's done this before to my cousin when I let him ride it when I was out of town.. The bike has never been swamped or wrecked

I've been reading a lot about white(ish) smoke produced by P650(s) and the V-Force....Just got my 700 a couple weeks ago. This Monday I was out and we were pulling some wheelies and pretty much just running the pizz out of it (racing also...stomped some Raptors and Predators). We stopped and The Force stalled out. Since we were sitting....I just left it off. When I started it back...smoked like Hades for about one minute...but then stopped smoking all together and ran great. Some other forums have speculated that air transfer between the crank case and air box lets oil in if the oil is slightly overfilled...thus producing a quick puff of thick smoke which dicipates and doesn't cause the engine to act funny.
I have no idea...I just freaked when The Force started smoking and quickly tried to read up on any related incidents.
What do you (all) think.?. If oil did get into the air box...would it just burn off in a quick puff of smoke and cause no permanent damage?
