Prairie 650 Upgrades
Ok, just got my Prairie 650 and absolutely love it. I have a few questions. I am about to get some real tires for it and i was looking at the ITP Mudlites with the C-Series rims to go with them. I was thinking 26" because i dont want to loose all my fun factor. All my buddies have 27" 589's on their honda foreman's. I think i should do ok with the 26" Mudlites and should not have to put a lift or worry about them hitting anything....anyone know if this is true?
Also, how does an exhaust system affect the Prairie. I love the power now and can ride a wheelie at will almost (gotta get better at keeping it up).
One more thing....i have read a lot about the black spring. What will this do performance wise?
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated, as i am very new to the ATV world.
Thanks,
Graydon

i have 26" mudlites on my p-650. they wrok just fine. dont hit anything and i can still wheelie no problem. no lift is needed. i also went with the c-series aluminum rims. awesome combo. looks great. click on my pics below for a look. as far as the black spring , do a search or browse the kawasaki forum. you will find a ton of info on the black springs among others. welcome to the forum and congrats on your purchase. you will love this quad

Thanks guys. The camo (jwkawi) with the C-Series looks awesome. I have been having a blast. Found a ditch today that made a perfect launch pad. Feeling the beast jump was a thrill. Then i proceeded to do it over and over and....well you get the point. My 10 hrs are finally here so off to the shop i go tomorrow to get the goods to change some fluids and the spark plugs. Loving this thing more and more....and to think my buddies tried to talk me into a Honda Foreman. While they're shifting i am turning back to see where they are.
