Hello!
We just picked up a 2001 Suzuki LT-F160 Quadrunner for $400. It needs some TLC, but runs and can be ridden as is. Anyway, I was thinking about it when my Wife was tooling around on it today and it seems to smoke alot more than it should. Grey smoke, I'm thinking the rings are probably shot? Doesn't seem to have very good compression either, with the wheeler in gear it still rolls very easy with the engine holding it back very little at all.
Anyone know if these engines are noisy all the time? I presume they are just because my DRZ400 makes alot of noise. Just noticed it and wondered how quiet they should be.
