Exclamation E-Ton 40cc Rascal

Hello, I have a slight bit of a problem. I have a 40cc eton rascal that just doesnt seem to start. Its a couple of years old and wasnt properlly taken care of as it was kept outside under a tarp for a while. The atv did start and run great for a while but now it just wont seem to start at all. I keep pulling and pulling but nothing. I have just taken the carb apart and cleaned it all the jets are clear and so is the carb. Gas is 50:1. Even with the carb clean it still wont start please any one have any suggestions on what to do or what could be the problem. please be very detailed in response.

Is the plug wet (getting fuel)?
Is there spark?
Is there compression?
What kind of oil are you running (2 stroke mix)?

Yes there was fuel in the carb when I cleaned it, Also I can see that there is fuel going into the filter so I dont think thats the issue. I dont know if there is a spark or compression I dont know how to check those things. And yes this is a 2 stroke engine so i run 50:1 mix

Try to start it. Remove the spark plug and see if it's wet from fuel.
While the plug is out, put the plug in the spark plug cap and set the bottom of the spark plug on a metal part of the motor. Spin the motor over. You should see a blue spark.
Also while the plug is out, go to sears and get a compression tester. Stick it in the plug hole and spin the motor over (with full throttle applied) till the gauge peaks.
Some oils are made for 50:1. 99% are not. I run a good synthetic oil at 32:1.

I asked what kind of oil...

Default Try this-worked for me

I had to completely get rid of the on/off switch, due to it causing an open in the circuit. Directly wire the coil to the stator pick-up.
