Cannot get this go-cart to fire. Carb has been cleaned,spark plugs and coils have been replaced. Anyone have any ideas?

have you checked all of your grounds with a multimeter/ohm meter? check out the kill wire to see if your spark is going to ground due to a pinched wire, short circuit, or other wiriing abnormality. check it without cranking and then while she's cranking. ok, just reread the post, have you grounded the spark plugs on the jug/cylinder while cranking to check for spark?

 

Yes I agree with Jaster. First see if you have spark. If not we go the electrical problem way, if yes we go to the fuel or compression way.
