Picked up this quad for my son on the cheap. Cleaned the carb real well. New plug, battery,starter relay. It'll only fire up with the Airbox off and my hand over the intake. I notice that the slide wasn't even half way bottomed out to the carb. It has an electric choke. Could there be a Cable or something making it not drop all the way down? Or is it supposed to be open that much. My other quads carbs bottom all the way out.

 

It may be in backwards (lil pin not in the groove of the slide).
