Default Suzuki lt 50 is this a good deal????

Suzuki lt 50 $1,200 or bo this is a 2002 I am going to look at it Friday. I am not crazy about the pull start only any feedback on this 50 would be great. This is for my 4 year old daughter. It is either this or the alpha sport mini 50 cobra $1,400. They claim the lt 50 was ridden 6 times . Any tricks to look to see how much it was ridden. Thanks

That price does not sound to bad to me. I would look at the tires to see how much wear as well as how beat up the plastic is to determine if those were 6 easy rides or 6 crazy rides. See (ask) if they have done any of the routine break in and initial fluid changes. I would probably prefer the Suzuki over the alpha as far as resale and getting parts for it.

I like the lt50, The pull start is easier to pull than my lawnmower and it keeps the kid from running off with the bike. Once you get it figured out it is just a quick tug or two and she's off. All in all, I would reccomend the 50, there are other people on the forums that don't really care for them. But I (and my son) are happy with it. My son is getting tall, so he is gonna out grow it probably next year.
