Do a search for it in here. I know there is some posts on it.
No, they don't come with a lighting coil, but I guess the battery and what charging it has must be acceptable to the ones that make the light kit.

Have you had any problems with the battery running down with the light on? How long at a time have you used the light? Does it provide decent lighting? How many watts was the bulb? thanks

I haven't had any problems yet with the battery running down. I believe the light is 55 watts. There is another option you can do..........www.lt80lightkit.com.......his light kits mount on the handle bars and comes with a rear light also...email: dunetoys@lt80lightkit.com....sales: 602-275-5483....602-273-1968 pull up the site it will tell you everything these light kits are 79.99.... or try rockymountain if you want to change your hood..you can't go wrong with either or....I have seen both of them and both work really well. I got the maier hood because i wanted to change color of the hood and it was cheaper.

I put a set of small "bug eye" lights on our daughters and it has not run down the battery yet. They are 35watts each. Really the stock output is less than that. the best investment you can do is buy the optional pull start. I'm glad I did. I'll start it with that just to keep the starter wear down and that probably helps the battery life too. The downside is that they're $100.
