Also, when i had my 90 LT80, i was not getting a lot-if any- of gas from the on position or whatever. You have to take off the petcock and drain the gas, take it some where and get it cleaned. They put on new gaskets and clean it out perfect! I had mine cleaned and after that it was raing gas out of the petcock [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

This may sound funny, but is the bowl vent on the carb free (open).
I had the same problem and I was miss understanding the bowl vent from the
gass vac line. Let us know...
