Anyone know if there are any after market bumpers for a LT80. A freekin moron on a dirt bike slammed into my daughter and bent her back against the fender. I posted about this incident in on the utility forum. I need to get a new bumper might have to buy a stock one, anyone know how much they are. I may even end up building my own. I just thought I would see what options were available. Thank God she always wears protective gear and a helmet. Oh yeh how much do they charge for brake handles for one, broke the end off the breake handle too. She won't be riding for a little while but her brother will want to ride next time we go out, have to get it fixed back up. Thanks.

 

Not sure on the cost, but I bought one for a Preditor 90 that fit the LT80. I was told the same company is making all the controls for the minis. I think I paid $6. It may help you search locally knowing other makes will work. Just make sure to get the handle for the dual front brakes.

 

DG and AC Racing both make replacement front bumpers for the LT80. There is usually always one on Ebay for about $60, both are made from aluminum.

Checked with the stealer today, they want 77.00 for the cheap stock front bumper for a LT80. Talk about a rip off. They can get me a DG for 79.00 it is bigger and made of aluminum. I haven't decided yet might just have to build one. Seems like a lot of money for some tubing bent and welded. Thanks for the suggestions I will watch E-bay and see what they have and what it goes for.

 

I was so floored by the price of the bumper I forgot to ask a price for the brake handle. Afraid they might think it is made of gold too.
