Default Fouling Plugs

Hello
Need a little help, my son's 04 Polaris 90 keeps fouling plugs
It runs great when I change the plug, but after a weekend of use, it fouls the plug
The air filter is clean, the oil is fresh
When it runs, there is not excessive smoke
The oil injection is still hooked up (the quad is under warranty)
Any help would be great
I may have to break down and take it to the dealer (will be without it for a while I bet)

Before you take it to the dealer try this.... use a hotter plug it maybe that the plug that you are using isn't hot enough, so try using a hotter plug and I think you will be okay.

Are you using a throttle limiter of any kind? All motors, especially two strokes need to be revved up once in awhile to clean them out... Excessive putting around will kill plugs.... also sounds like the carb is set very rich... something manufacturers like to do to keep the engine well lubed... you might try adjusting it.. just don't go too lean, or it will blow the motor. Also, you might consider converting to pre mix and controlling the oil to fuel mix yourself.
