LT80 Works Shocks opinions
#1
I was thinking about upgrading my kids LT80 suspension with some works shocks all around. Have any of you installed them and what do you think of the ride improvement versus stock. Any other shock options? Thanks for the input

Any shock is better than the stock.
Price is the issue. I hear Works is approx 525$. (3)
PEP single rate are 700$ and double rate at 800$ (3)
As for expierience, I had a rider with works and sold them. After being gone, the rider didn't notice much worse effect. We thought the rider would be complaining big.My kids rode the machine and wasn't impressed. And they have rode a LT80 plenty
I have a rider with PEPs. The rider seems to like them and my kids do also.
I hear if you trim the snubber block of the works they work like a dream.
I hear Elka is making shocks for the LT. No idea on price tho.
That's the nuts and bolts of it as I know it.
I recommend you get what you can afford as any is better for your rider.
