Terd I think you need to actually read what is wrote. I am not always right I am human not woman LOL. And as for dependability I think everyone can argue that all brands have thier lemons but the forementioned atvs are dependable whether you want to believe it or not.
I am trying to stay positive so would you please try also? And one last thing we use to call my sister terd, but she didn't like it, so what does your nickname mean?

Wow - apparently there is only one valid opinion in these forums? A guy can't have an opinion based on HIS experience any more?
Damm - I'm in trouble. Instead of a community of ideas and different expereinces, lets just let Terd write it all down for us so we get it in gospel format.

I had great success with our Polaris 90. But my neighbors new Polaris 90 has been back to the shop 3 times in 5 weeks. We likely each have a different opinion about them.

Terd (and thats totally not flattering) You sound like John Kerry with your myopic criticisms.

Whoa there guys! Quadduck attacked HER opinion first and could have been a little more tactful in the process.

Her reasons for guiding people away from those micro mini's is valid. There have been more people griping about those then any other quad on these forums. We want people to be happy with their decisions for a long time, which doen't mean recommending something their kid will outgrow in 6 months.

Not to mention I have a nicely modded full sized mini for about the same price you can buy one of those kawasuki 50's.

Ok...first off terd is my other half(Fiance) I am justinsmom everywhere else.

As for misreading your response quadduck...You are the one who came in and slammed my response. I just stated facts about a choice of quads, that I know to be inferior to the rest. Look around and read what other owners have to say before they run to dealers looking to trade them in. I never said that they weren't dependable I stated that they have no power what so ever and that is based on a personal experience with an LT50. The lt50 is not a lemon...it should just be consider is micro-mini. I am very positive and always try to give advice based on experience. GEEZ...if that's the case, based on the recent troubles we had with our predator 90 should I tell people to go buy it and not consider anything else??? or should i make him/her aware of the problems and give them pro's and cons so they can make an educated decision??? That's called giving advice and that is what the user was looking for.

If you read the post in the right order you will see where I gave my opinion and it was attacked first. I Guess you guys just prefer that I sit back and accept your challenge. Maybe in your house that's how it goes but not in mine....God help your wives!

I do get called a Preacher some - but not because of what your referring too....lol
Rhonda - if you consider Quadducks "you must be kidding" an attack, I can't say anything that would help. But, a prayer might...
I only wish that everyone could relax a little bit and not see any disagreement as an attack! Why is it wrong if one person has a experience or opinion different then the next person?

Today I was motorcycling with friends from church, we rode past 4 (four) kids (none could be 12) riding one 500cc quad. When we stopped for a break one of the group asked me "did you see that!" and I just nodded. Another person said "It looked like they were having a lot of fun" and another said "they shouldn't be riding on the black top" and the forth commented "what person in their right mine gives kids a $6000 toy".

I chose to remain silent. They all had their own opinions. Not unlike here in this forum, because everyone sees the same things differently - I've learned I'm not going to change anyones mind. All I can do is provide information, point to documented facts and let the readers make up their own minds.

Obviously you have a lot of experience with feeling put down for being female as you play that card often. But it isn't a trump card. All I see is you wanting everyone to know your opinion and your not wanting others to express theirs. Maybe thats not just a woman thing, but maybe its a personal thing. Whatever it is - its not a put down to ask for a non-hostile playing field where others can feel comfortable in adding their experiences to the discussion also.

And wheres DragginButt? He's not in the hospital is he?

Hope everything is OK with dragginbutt too! Maybe he's just enjoying his new gandbaby!

Whodat, we just don't want people to make a purchasing decision they will likely be unhappy with. I think she gave solid advice. Let's move on, OK?
