Here is what i have done to my Yamoto 150.
FMF Muffler,
K&N Air filter
and Swapped around the front tires.
What have you done to your 150's and If it is custom would you please send a copy of the blue print to me via e-mail

Did you put a new headpipe on too or just the muffler? I believe the stock one (headpipe) is smaller than the exhaust port. I have milled the head on my similar 150cc buggy with good results, lots more low end grunt. shaved .035" off with no clearance issues, results may vary though. Also, you can clean up the intake port mismatch between gasket/manifold/head.
Also, I know this is the millioneth time I have posted this but here is a good site on your style engine, look at the howitt engine modifications link at the bottom:

I also cant get the yamoto mod page to come up.
I'm sure you have all seen the mods and pics on my page if not check it out HERE
I have no drawings for any of my mods, as everything I made was prototyped and made to fit, Had some sketches but they are long gone.

yamoto150owner, Feel free to use any or all of the pictures of my wifes quad.
I hope kell doesnt mind me jumping in here, but if i remember right. He milled the surface of the actual head and made a larger ID exhaust header. Could be wrong about the header though.
