Default predator 50 restrictor plates?

I bought my daughter a pred 50 last year and am trying to get some more power out of it. I was wondering if there are any restrictors and if so where are they at. The dealer tells me there are none and the owners manual dosen't mention anything more than the throttle screw. I have heard several people on here say they have removed them so was wondering if there are any. Thanks for all the help.

Not sure if the predator 50 has the same restrictors as the Suzuki 50. My daughters suzuki 50 had 2 in addition to the throttle screw, the manual only mentioned one. One is in the exhaust, at the point the exhaust pipe bolts to the engine, and the other is in the carburator. Makes a big difference. I am looking for a after market muffler. For now, I removed the end cap to the muffler, left the baffle in, and there is a significant difference. instead of a 1/4 inch hole, now there is a 3/4 to 1" hole.

A K&N filter to replace the entire air box and some rejetting will help alot.

last night, i installed an fmf exhaust system on my son's 2005 suzuki lt-5o. the fmf exhaust seems to fit pretty well. i have also removed both restrictors on my son's bike. i made a funnel shaped reducer (.490") to replace the restrictor insert in the intake manifold, otherwise the opening on the intake manifold is bigger than the (.500") port diameter on the head. i am now about to play with carburator jetting and possiblly bypass the oil injection system (i am going to start premixing the fuel). as far as i know, fmf is the only company that makes an aftermarket pipe for our bikes. i would like to see more companies "stepping up to the plate" to make parts (high compression piston's, etc.) for these bikes especially, since they have been out in 1983.
