dbeck,
Great explanations, I think that will help those that have questions.
Thanks for all you and the moderators of this site do.
This is a great Forum, and I think you guys run it well.
Rules must be followed in order for this to remain the great site it is. It appears you guys handle these issues as best you can.
As proved by both Jack and Spike comments on their specific issues.
Their comments I think go to the kind of people they must be (since I don't really know because I have never met them), but they are a great help and friendly to us all. I'm glad to see they are sticking around.
Dragginbutt,
Also a good post. You are correct. Great thoughts.
It's good people like you and many many others that make this place great.
I enjoy reading all the threads, even all those "interesting" (and sometimes heated) discussions you reference. Makes for good reading and learning. Those kid of discussions are fun (ok, well kinda).
I happen to be a poster on one of the biggest threads on this forum.
We have a huge group of riders/friends from Washington State that live on this thing.
We are all from very diverse backgrounds, and from all over the state, adn we all get along great. We ride, camp, socialize together. We have all made many great friends.
AND ALL THANKS TO THIS FORUM. WITHOUT IT, WE WOULD BE RIDING ALONE.
OK, time for a group hug now. Im feeling all warm and fuzzy, hehehehe
Thanks again to everybody.

Via this forum and media, I have established a repore' with persons in Canada, Washington state, Alaska, Mn, and yes, even Texas. We have managed to discuss our differences in opinion in a sometimes friendly, sometimes heated manner.. and yet, I think there is a bond that goes way beyond just an email here and there.
In short, we care and come to the defense of those that we hold special.. no matter that I have never had the opportunity to shake your hands in person... look you in the eye and say welcome friend. The feeling is there.
This is what the outcome of this forum is all about... This is what it was designed for.. and why the owner and moderators put in the hours they do to make it all possible. For that I think we all owe the staff here a great debt of gratitude....
I welcome everyone back into the "light".. and wish all success.....
Now please pass the gravy...
