LT80 Rollers?????
#1
Hi from the uk,
First of all great forum. Learnt plenty about the LT80, just one thing puzzels me at the moment, every where i read there is some thing mentioned about drilling the clutch rollers. My problem is i can't find the rollers I striped down the clutch the other night and found nothing resembling these rollers and my clutch contained no plastic parts whatsoever. Am i looking at the wrong part or is there maybe a differences between Uk clutches and US???? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome!!
I would doubt that there is any difference isn the clutches. The rollers are in the front clutch. (closest to the front tires) You have to pull the front "clutch" off to get to them. Here is a micro-film thingy that might help.

You might also do a search on here for front clutch help. There are a number of people on here that can help. (LT80 and bubba really helped me!!)
If ya have anymore problems, just post!!

Hi, Thanks for that, i wasn't aware there where two clutches. I'll look into that tonight and see what the result are. I was going to have a go at removing two of the rollers as suggested by people on this forum before i started drilling any of them.
