Has anybody heard of these. United Motors makes them. There is new dealer in town that is selling them with a trained mechanic and parts. The whole kit and caboodle. They look solid and are very intriguing as they have a cvt, reverse, lights, full floor boards, and racks. Check them out: http://www.umamerica.com/products.asp?page=el90

Opinions appreciated.

Those 6-packs work pretty good.

Looks like an Eton style engine to me. Don't see the double a-arms they claim. Typical Polaris clone.

We started that United Motors machine up and it sounded just like the Polaris. HOwever, the cc's are 83 and 89. So there is a difference in cylinder size. Your right, the sales guy said that it was essentially a Polaris with different plastic. All the controls are the same as my SP 90. I believe it is the same, except the size of the motor. If I had to do it again, I'd take a serious look at this and probably would have walked away with the United Motors Mongoose 90. Many more features (lights, reverse), well made, and a 3 YEAR WARRANTY!!! Who else offers that! Nobody.

Eton, Sundiro/madami, Unison, GPX all use the 82.5cc. May be slight differences, but they are basically the same engine.

I thought it was a nice looking machine. Now when my kid gets older he has a choice between two styles: Utility (Earthlander 90) or Sport (Desert Cat 90).

Thanks for the Info.

I tell you what, the one I checked out this summer was built very well and appeared solid. It had all the nice goodies tht one wants. I would take a serious look at it. Especially if you have a dealer that you trust close to where you live. Good luck.

Its has the same MSRP as the Eton Viper 90, but less power so I would have to go with Eton.
